Acroyoga is a playful practice that combines yoga, acrobatics, and partner work, creating a unique way to build strength and balance while having fun.

Beginners are always welcome! We’ll guide you through the basic poses step-by-step, so no experience is needed. The level of these workshops will be mostly foundational, with some more intermediate transitions for those who are ready for it ?

We'll meet in the MMA (Martial Arts) room at Kraft, and we look forward to seeing you!

Dress in clothes that you can move in but that aren't very baggy. Many poses are easier barefoot, so please make sure nails on hands and feet are trimmed and clean ?

Payment: If you decide to join regularly, you'll need to become a member of TSI, which costs 300-400 kroner per year. You'll need to pay an additional Kraft Sportsenter entrance fee to enter the building where we train (discounted price for students).
