- **Event Description**: Join us for a three-day immersive experience to ignite your radiance and bring you back to your center, a sacred pause to honor the year that is coming to a close and welcome the new with clarity and intention.

Through practices to cultivate the fire within, foods that support the inner flame and cold baths to balance it out, we will explore the beauty of contrasts, heat and cold, movement and stillness, laughter and silence, all to find your center, the essence of who you are at the core of your being. 

We will focus on strengthening the navel center, where your personal power resides through Kundalini yoga kriyas, pranayam, breathing techniques and nourishing foods that promote a healthy microbiome. 

There will be a day of silence, a cacao ceremony, daily yoga practices and optional cold baths.

Your host: Marina Borovaya is a certified hatha and kundalini yoga teacher, who has been practicing yoga for more than a decade. She continually seeks innovative ways to explore the intricate relationships between body, mind and spirit, both on individual and collective levels. She believes that there is wisdom in our bodies that reaches beyond our life experiences and tapping into it is the key to navigating change.
