Family Constellation method aims in a gentle way, to identify the root of our problems and seek solutions that promote a good life and healthy relationships today. We approach every issue and step with love and respect. The method uses one or more representatives to unfold the hidden dynamics. The healing movements are often slow and in silence. The soul is in no hurry. We let them work in their own way with little or no interference. Family Constellation opens for healing movements, often in silence, to what until now has been hidden for good reasons, to people and events perhaps several generations back. We see and include them with love and openness, with no judgements, and try to mobilize the courage and trust we need. To embrace the pain and feelings that once were too much to handle. Then in peace and withdrawn with love, we pass it on to greater forces to be at work. We are moving on to our future, reconciled and strengthened by the past. We meet in a circle, our ‘campfire’, connecting, beginning with a meditation. Everyone is welcome! Facilitator: Steffen Andreas Rostock Svendsen. He is a specialist in clinical psychology, art-therapist, mindfulness instructor and family constellation facilitator, living in Tromsø. He has extensive experience with meditation and working with helpers in different countries, especially in Palestine and refugee centers, with mindfulness and art-therapy. For many years he has held workshops in Family Constellation as a student of Bert Hellinger. He combines in a special way meditation and silent constellations.
