TSI Acroyoga is excited to welcome Sofie Hyllen from Sweden for a special one-day Acroyoga workshop in Tromsø.

Join us for a day of focused learning, playful movement, and connection, guided by an experienced teacher bringing fresh inspiration from the Acroyoga community abroad.

Expect a well-structured workshop with attention to technique, communication, and flow, in a supportive and social environment.

Sofie Hyllén is a certified teacher of Acroyoga International and a Mindwellness Coach who fell in love with Acroyoga when moving back to Sweden from South Africa. Currently offering stress relief and life coaching workshops and retreats, her aim is to integrate and enhance the many life lessons she has found while practicing Acroyoga and coach this to others. 🧘 Experience Level

This workshop is not for complete beginners.

You should be comfortable with basic poses such as, bird, throne, chair and whale, and you should be at least familiar with poses like star and sidestar.
