- **Event Description**: Stress Less with Mindfulness is a 5-part series that will be held on Thursdays from 4:30 to 5:30 PM at the Trinity Middle School Cafeteria beginning April 30th through May 28, 2026. 

This program is available at no cost to all school faculty and staff as well as parents of school children within Trinity County. 

Stress Less with Mindfulness introduces participants to the experience and practice of mindfulness to reduce stress. Successful stress management has been found to be effective in reducing related symptoms such as worry, depression, and physical tension. In these sessions, you will: 1) Learn about the benefits of mindfulness-based approaches to stress reduction, 2) Understand how to recognize your personal stressors, and 3) Experience mindful movement, mindful breathing, and other mindfulness skills as ways to relax and manage stress.
