Law, Language, Philosophy Research Network is happy to invite young scholars, including graduate students, to participate in the Law, Language and Philosophy Summer School, to be held in Dubrovnik (Croatia) at the Inter University Centre, 16-21 August 2021.
The aim of the summer school is to offer a number of courses to highly motivated students and young scholars working at the intersection of legal theory and analytic philosophy. Our courses will be dovoted to i.a. artifact theory of law; connections between philosophy of language/philosophy of mind/social ontology and law; experimental philosophy of law and language; theories of interpretation.

The number of participants is limited and priority will be given to those who sent their applications last year (the school had to be re-scheduled due to COVID-19 pandemic). Still, however, we have ca. 10 slots open for new applicants. Due to generous funding by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange [International Academic Partnerships Programme 0001/2018], participation in Law, Language and Philosophy Summer School is free. However, participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation and catering costs. The estimated costs of six nights full board at the Inter University Centre in Dubrovnik/ University of Dubrovnik dormitory are 400-500 EUR ( https://www.iuc.hr/dormitory.php
