Percorreremo il sentiero dedicato al poeta praghese Rilke che si sviluppa lungo la Riserva naturale delle falesie di Duino con splendida vista sul mare. Il secondo giorno ci  addentreremo nel Carso passeggiando tra  boschi di pino nero e di macchia mediterranea. Il terzo  giorno giungeremo al Castello di Miramare adagiato su un costone roccioso che si tuffa nel mare. Visiteremo il meraviglioso Parco di Miramare, ispirato al giardino inglese, il Parco è una affascinante fusione nordico-mediterranea.

scarpe basse da escursionismo con buone suole, pantaloni lunghi comodi e pantaloni corti, (vestirsi a strati con indumenti facili da mettere e togliere), indumenti di ricambio, costume da bagno, asciugamano e abbigliamento idoneo in caso di pioggia, pranzo  al sacco per il primo giorno e borraccia da litro.
