NC Extension from Carteret, Craven, Jones and Pamlico will host NC State faculty and guest speakers to assist corn and soybean producer in management of the 2026 crop. Highlight topics and speakers include: Dr. Nick Piggot: Economic Outlook and Derek Washburn: Enterprise Budget and the Crop Comparison Tool. Additional topics include: NC Soybean Producer's On-Farm Test Results; Endangered Species Act Compliance, Measuring Soil Water Moisture for Agronomic Decisions; and, pesticide updates.
