Do you want to sing just for the fun of it? Do you miss being in a choir but don't want to commit to weekly practices and performances? Are you looking for something lovely in the world right now? Join us and sing your heart out on Saturday, July 19th at Ecker's Apple Farm.
There are no auditions, there are no solos, we will split into sections according to our vocal ranges and enjoy vocal warm ups, breathing exercises, song study, and group singing. Our first of hopefully many One Day Choirs, our expectations are low and we are in it just for a light-hearted good time. Mistakes are welcome!
We will be led by a former Choir Director from Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau, Paul Osborn, who has graciously agreed to guide us through this song-learning experience. This is donation based and all money will go to Paul for all he does to make this special moment a reality.
Our song will be "Run to You" by the Pentatonix. It's a beautiful ballad, nice and slow. We'll be able to focus on harmonies and flex those vocal chords!
