YEN INSPIRED LIFE TRAINING IS FOR EVERYONE!

We welcome aspiring teachers, current yoga teachers seeking CEUs, as well as curious life learners.

This thoughtfully curated, Yoga Alliance-accredited training takes place over 11 weekends* from mid-January to early June. You will dive into the how and why behind yoga poses, philosophy, meditation, breathwork and more!
