Join us for a calming, heart-centered class that blends:

? HeartMath® & Heart Coherence™ techniques

?️ Gentle movement & breathwork

? Reflective reading + group discussion

In this 4-week experience, you’ll learn to intentionally shift the rhythm of your heart—helping you release anxiety and create healthier emotional patterns. This is more than a class… it’s a nervous system reset and a reconnection to your calm inner center.

You will learn how to intentionally alter the rhythm of your heart, allowing you to change how you feel and perceive your experiences. The class is designed to provide guidance on releasing anxiety while also transforming anxious patterns into healthier baseline patterns.

? A short textbook is included to deepen your understanding between sessions.


? Start feeling better from the inside out.


REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for participation. No drop-ins. Class size is limited to 5 person max.

Four sessions, 75 minutes each.
