The Salvation Army Traverse City - Christmas in July Kettle Campaign

On Friday and Saturday, July 25 & 26, 10 am to 6 pm, The Salvation Army Traverse City Corps will hold their annual Christmas in July Red Kettle Campaign at eight local businesses across Traverse City to raise awareness and funds for local programs dedicated to providing help, hope and compassion to our neighbors when they need it most.

Please join us for our kickoff celebration on Friday, July 25, 2025, at 9:45 am at Horizon Bookstore, downtown Traverse City. Santa will be there to start the bell ringing! Sign up to ring the bell and volunteer at https://www.registertoring.com/login.aspx

The Red Kettle Campaign goal is $10,000. Every dollar donated will be matched up to $4,000! Thank you to our matching donors: BCBS of Michigan, Bill and Debbie Marsh, Jr., and Jimmy Johns of Traverse City. 100% of donations collected stay local, for local programs, to help local individuals and families in need of our food pantry, free food market, community meals, emergency housing and utility assistance, etc.
