Mari welcomes James Beard Great Lakes Finalist Anthony Lombardo, chef and co-owner of the acclaimed SheWolf Pastificio & Bar and Medusa Cucina Siciliana in Detroit. Chef Lombardo will present a lively multi-course dinner paired with Mari’s thoughtfully crafted, distinctly Italian wine program. Guided tableside by winemaker Alberto Giusti, this experience brings together a shared passion for Italian tradition, modern technique, and the vineyards that connect it all. Each course will be designed alongside the wines, creating a seamless dialogue between plate and glass.
Mari’s story has always been rooted in honoring Italian heritage through Northern Michigan land, craftsmanship, and the Italian grape varieties that define its identity—an experience you’ll taste in every course and every glass.
