The Goddess Workout® Beginner Belly Dance

Belly Dance is a super creative, fun way to tone and strengthen your muscles, waking up lots of muscle groups with some seriously cool moves. While you groove, you'll boost your upper and lower body strength in a natural, functional way, all while working together with other muscles for a total body blast.

In this class, you’ll discover how to “draw” funky shapes like circles, squares, and figure 8’s with different parts of your body—shoulders, ribcage, and hips included! Build your confidence as you rock these ancient moves from the joyous art of Belly Dance!

Perfect for absolute beginners of all ages and sizes.

Join us Wednesdays at the Unity Spiritual Center from 7pm-8pm for some shimmery, uplifting fun!
