Sacred Smudging

Explore the ancient practice of herbal smudging, a ritual that expands across numerous cultures around the globe. We will journey through the histories of commonly used plants such as Cedar, Sweetgrass, Palo Santo, Sage, Dragon’s Blood, and others. Each plant possesses its own unique properties and traditions, and by learning these you can determine when you would use each one, and why they’ve been treasured for so long.

We will discuss essential tools and techniques for smudging including dried herbs and resins, and what materials to choose based on your intentions. Learn how you can apply a practice rooted in tradition to modern living and develop a routine that will help you maintain a harmonious environment and deepen your connection to Spirit.
