- **Event Description**: Join us for a deeply restorative evening of Reiki and sound healing as we honor the energy of the Summer Solstice and welcome the nurturing season of Cancer.

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year—a celebration of light, growth, abundance, and the fullness of life. As the sun reaches its peak, we are invited to pause and reflect on what has blossomed within us while setting intentions for the season ahead. As we transition into Cancer season, the focus gently shifts inward, encouraging emotional connection, intuition, self-care, and a deeper relationship with home and heart.

During this 90-minute experience, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other healing instruments. Throughout the evening, participants will receive Reiki energy and immersive sound healing from both practitioners. You may also receive gentle tuning fork work and experience Tibetan singing bowls on or around the body, offering a unique opportunity to feel sound and vibration in a deeply personal way.

These practices can help calm the nervous system, release tension, restore energetic balance, and create space for rest, reflection, and renewal. ✨

Whether you are seeking relaxation, clarity, emotional nourishment, or simply a chance to unplug from the busyness of daily life, this evening offers a sacred space to slow down, receive, and reconnect with yourself.

• Your own yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on
• A blanket
• A pillow and any additional items that will help you feel warm, supported, and comfortable
