- **Event Description**: On November 10, 1975, the SS Edmund Fitzgerald sank to the bottom of Lake Superior, split in two by a massive storm. All 29 crew members on board died. It became the most famous shipwreck in Great Lakes history. But mere miles from where the Fitzgerald sank, a couple Native American fishermen were caught in that same storm.

Join us for the premiere of the "The Other Side of the Storm," a new "Points North" episode about the fishermen's dramatic, little-known story and their struggles with being forever tied to the tragedy of the Edmund Fitzgerald. With live music scoring, plus a Q&A with the episode's producers and author Jerry Dennis, who first wrote about their rescue in his 2003 book, "The Living Great Lakes."
