This 15-hour immersion explores mantra as a powerful, practical tool for focus, nervous system regulation, and inner transformation.

Rooted in Naad Yoga, you’ll experience mantra through movement, breath, kriya, mudra, and meditation—not just learning it, but feeling how sound shifts your state.

You’ll learn how to:
Use mantra to steady the mind and regulate your energy

Understand the meaning and impact of different mantras

Integrate mantra into your personal practice and teaching

We’ll also ground the practice in a clear understanding of the nervous system and subtle body, so you can work with mantra in a way that is both safe and effective.

This course is designed for yoga teachers seeking CE hours, as well as dedicated students ready to deepen their practice.

Six 2 hour sessions -in person. 40 day personal sadhana practice.
