4th Annual Rainbow Community Christmas & End of Year Celebration
Gippsland Pride are thrilled to invite our Gippsland LGBTQIA+ community, allies, friends and families to join us for our 4th Annual Rainbow Community Christmas & End of Year Celebration!
Following a great event in East Gippsland last year, we now travel to Latrobe City, with this special event being hosted in Traralgon in 2025!
Let’s come together to share food, laughter and love as we wrap up another wonderful year of connection, visibility and pride across Gippsland.
This year’s celebration will be held at the VRI Hall in Traralgon on Saturday 13th December, from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
Event Highlights:
12:00 PM – Doors open: Join us for a warm welcome and festive mingling - info and resources available, and a great opportunity to catch up with friends old and new. Activities available for the kids.
1:00 PM – Buffet lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal surrounded by community (dietary requirements catered for — just let us know when you register). Cold drinks, coffee and tea provided. This is an alcohol-free event.
2:00 PM – Special visit from Santa! Don’t miss this joyful moment filled with smiles, gifts and complimentary photos.
There will be music, goodie bags, and festive fun for all ages — a true celebration of our beautiful rainbow family.
This is an LGBTQIA+ community and families event, allies welcome.
Registration & Tickets
Registration is essential for catering and security purposes. Please ensure you book a ticket for each person attending including children.
Thanks to the generous support of Loy Yang B, we’re pleased to offer supported tickets to help ensure everyone in our rainbow community can join in the festivities.
Adult tickets are $30 and all-inclusive.
Children under 14 can attend free of charge (registration still required).
No-cost tickets are available for those in need — because everyone deserves to celebrate. Funded tickets are limited, so please cancel if you cannot make it prior to the event so this can be redistributed.
Your contribution directly supports Gippsland Pride’s ongoing community initiatives and helps keep our events accessible for everyone.
Transport & Accessibility
The VRI Hall is conveniently located beside the Traralgon Train Station, with the hall accessible via the overpass. Accessible parking and entry are available at the venue
