𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐔𝐩 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 learning to live from your adult self, rather than reacting from unprocessed childhood patterns. It’s about maturing emotionally, relationally, and sexually, in ways that feel grounded, real, and embodied.

At the same time, it doesn’t mean we should always be mature and grounded. It means becoming aware when we’re not, and learning to include all parts of ourselves, all ages, with more clarity.

This can leave us feeling confused, ashamed, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
