6.15pm Akhanda yoga with Derbhla 
7.45pm Dinner
9pm Restorative yoga & Nidra with Derbhla

8am: Root to rise yoga with Shannon (Including Yin) 
9.30am Breakfast 
10.30am Surprise class 
12pm Breathwork & ice bath workshop with Padraig 
1.30pm Lunch 
3pm Private Sauna & Sea swim on Ventry beach 
5pm Empowerment workshop with Rachel- Self awareness & positive self talk
6.30pm Dinner 
8.30pm Shamanic journey & Kirtan with Kate
