A schedule created to nourish you from the inside out suitable for all adults, no experience required
The retreat will include lots of different styles of yoga classes, 2 x private sauna & sea dip, shamanic journey & Kirtan, 2 nights ashram style accommodation & nourishing vegetarian meals made with love.

Arrival: 5.30- 6pm
6pm: Root to rise yoga with Shannon
7.30pm: Dinner
9pm: Restorative & Nidra with Derbhla
Followed by silence until after morning practice (9.30am)

8am: Awakening Akhanda yoga with Derbhla 
9.30am: Breakfast
11am - 4pm: Sauna on private beach & free time for self guided hike/walk/explore/grab lunch 
5pm: Grounding yoga with Ilonka 
6pm: Dinner 
7.30pm: Shamanic joinery &
Kirtan with Kate

8am: Energising flow with Ava 
9.30am: Breakfast
10.30am: Closing meditation with Derbhla
