Beginners 6 Week Jig Fit with Justin – Adult Irish Dance Classes

What to expect: Traditional Irish dancing, classes delivered in a fun and energetic way, Expert instructor who brings the best of dance and fitness. State of the art dance studio with large mirrors and sprung floor. Expect to work up a sweat as the classes will typically combine cardio exercises with dance moves.
