Animation Workshop for Primary Schools

A very special Animation Dingle event for children and schools comes to Siamsa Tíre. Starting with a RTÉjr School’s Out Animated Short Film screening that will be hosted by Lena Byrne, of D11 Stories, young audiences will be captivated by the imaginative worlds on screen as they learn of the vast talent and creativity in Irish animation.

This programme promises to be a great experience for primary school children, and it will be especially rewarding for young people with aspirations of becoming creators themselves. After the screening, participants will learn how to create their own characters and stories in an imaginative workshop
