An immersive two-day Bikram Yoga workshop designed for students who want to better understand their practice and experience greater depth in their postures. Through personalized corrections, thoughtful alignment guidance, and hands-on exploration, students will move beyond simply “doing” the postures and into truly feeling them.

With 14 years of teaching experience, Tre will guide you by the perspective of a senior teacher and dedicated practitioner—drawing from years of observing bodies, refining technique, and learning through both teaching and personal practice. The focus is not on perfection, but on intelligent alignment that supports stability, safety, and a deeper, more connected expression of each posture.

Who This Workshop Is For:

This workshop is open to all Bikram Yoga students.

It is especially beneficial for students who:

• Want individualized feedback and personalized posture corrections

• Feel stuck or limited in certain postures and want more clarity

• Are curious about alignment and how it supports depth and ease

• Want to practice more efficiently and safely

• Enjoy learning why postures are practiced, not just how

All you need is a willingness to learn, explore, and refine your practice.

What to know:

- Class will be done in a warm room - just enough to promote flexibility

- ⁠Day 1 we will work through Standing Series

- ⁠Day 2 we will work through Floor Series

- ⁠Bring any and ALL questions!

- ⁠Notebooks and pens will be provided
