- **Event Description**: As a part of the Centre's philosophy, we will be offering these session via Energy Philanthropy where we gift from the heart. This is not a free event, more so pay as you feel event. We (Mo, Alli, and Ben) offer their time, energy end practice wisdom from the heart and we ask people to consider the value that they place upon themselves in the receiving and giving from their heart.


All of our practitioners want to share their gifts with the community and willingly give their hearts, presence and time for others.


TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK (HOLOTROPIC)


Breathwork is a simple, yet profound practice, where through conscious connected breathing we increase the body’s capacity to increase life force, dissolve physical and energetic blockages, purge and rebalance mental and emotional disturbances, and vitalise the whole body.


If you’ve never participated in one of these sessions before then here is some other information:

1. This is NOT a slow breathing experience

2. It is not pranayama and it is also not Wim Hof

3. It is intensive breathing

4. For best results it requires you to be willing to face your fears, to have acceptance of whatever arises from you and others, to lean into discomfort, and to continue to breathe with intensity through connected conscious breathing.


This breathwork has the power to release trauma, unlock and transform unresolved emotions, pain, and open the door to our subconscious mind.

What is on the other side is stillness of the mind, and possibly the most incredible levels of inner peace, bliss, and love you may have ever experienced.

No medication, no drugs required. This work is so powerful – typically every one of you will have a profound experience. We believe in this work so much to have the capacity to connect you to yourself, to others, and something greater than what you think you are, that we offer these sessions every Friday night.
