- **Event Description**: Dancenorth is delighted to return with a second round of Dance For Absolute Beginners, a specially designed class series for people who “can’t dance”.

Over five weeks, participants will learn general dance movements, pathways and co-ordinations, guided by experienced teachers in a friendly, supportive environment. 

Accompanied by great tunes, classes will be relaxed and informative, encouraging safe and efficient movement, social connections and all-round good vibes.

By the end of the five weeks, participants will feel stronger and more aware of their bodies, as well as feel more relaxed and confident about finding their own natural groove.

The course is designed as an introductory experience for absolute beginners – no experience or natural skill necessary.

This Course has limited capacity. Bookings are essential.
