Session Times: 
Mondays: 6.30am – 7.30am
Fridays: 7:00am – 8:00am
Thursdays fortnightly 6.30pm and Occasional Weekends during the day: 90-minute extended sessions

What is Bowl Tea Ceremony?

This is more than tea!
It is a surprisingly beautiful meditative practice, a moment of quiet presence, and a deeply soothing way to return to yourself.

Many who join us describe the experience as unexpectedly profound - something that words never fully capture… and often return again because they fall in love with what the ceremony reveals.

What to Expect
•	A silent, guided tea meditation of approximately 45–60 minutes
•	Gentle music fills the ambient space. 
•	Space to observe your breath, body, emotions, and inner landscape
•	A gentle shift into clarity, calm, and grounded presence
•	A short sharing circle afterwards (optional), where participants often express surprising insights that arose during the stillness
•	Chairs or props are available if unable to sit on the floor.

Why Tea?

In many traditions, tea is used as a medicine, a meditation tool, and a way to reconnect with spirit and consciousness.

The simplicity of holding a warm bowl brings you into your senses, while the ceremony offers stability when discomfort or emotion arises.

Tea becomes a companion - holding you, grounding you, and helping you relax into awareness.

The practice is intimate and limited to 7-13 participants, with a tea server and assistant holding the space.
