We’re welcoming 2026 in the most delicious way possible — with an intimate five-course degustation dinner paired to six exceptional wines from family-owned Hollick Wines, Coonawarra.

Hollick is one of Coonawarra’s quiet icons — a family winery with deep roots, soulful vineyards and a reputation for wines that balance elegance, structure and purity of fruit. Across the evening you’ll taste everything from crisp, lifted aromatics through to plush, beautifully layered reds and a decadent sweet finish — each matched intentionally to the food and the flow of the night.
