Starting March 6, 2026, we’re proud to launch Free Fishing Fridays as a way to say thank you for your service! On the first Friday of every month, active-duty service members and veterans can enjoy FREE pier fishing at all three lakes.

Check in at the lake office and bring your military/veteran ID or driver’s license with veteran designation.

Please note: A valid NC Fishing License is still required and can be purchased at lake offices. Annual Pier Fishing Passes will also remain available at a discounted rate.

We hope you’ll join us for a relaxing day by the water — you’ve earned it!
