Townsend Cat Rescue Network and Assistance will teach you the basics of  taking care of orphaned kittens, live-trapping feral cats, and the in-and-outs of TNR (Trap, Neuter, & Return). Cats are humanely trapped, then spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and returned to their outdoor homes. This process stops reproduction, improves the health of the cats, reduces nuisance behaviors like fighting and yowling, and stabilizes or eventually declines the population over time. You will also have the option to join their network of volunteers who foster and work with the local cat colonies. 

Must be 18 yrs old +

November 22nd @ 6 pm- with an additional class focused on live-traps.
