# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Club Trip- Lake Vermillion- Tower, MN
- **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 29 Jan, 2026 at 12:00 pm – Sun, 01 Feb, 2026 at 12:00 pm
- **Event Description**: New Location this year- Fortune Bay Casino on Lake Vermillion, Tower, MN!!

Plan on being up there by Thursday evening. Group rides Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for anyone who wants to ride Sunday. Feel free to go up earlier on Thursday if you so choose.

Room Block under "Buffalo Snowriders". You can also use the 6 digit booking code: BKG455. We currently have 10 standard 2 Queen rooms, and 5 King Balcony rooms reserved. Rates are approximately $80 Thursday, and $170 Friday and Saturday nights, plus taxes. This is for the queen rooms, I believe the Kings are slightly more.

Since we are not staying in condos (like we were at Lakewoods), you are responsible for calling and booking your own room. If you want to share a room, please post in the group about that if you need help finding a room mate.

I think our group is going to be large enough this year that we will probably split into 2 groups while riding. We can always plan on going to the same stops, and and even leave stops together, but the "faster" group will leave in front and move at a faster pace. The slower group will follow up behind us, and go to the next stop. It's nice to keep each group "together" by being sure to stop at stop signs and intersections, and be sure the whole group is there before you ride again. So, each group will stay together. No need to worry about getting separated and lost.

Please reply to the event, whether you are coming or not. It helps to get all responses quickly for planning purposes!!

Additional details to be discussed at upcoming meetings, and event will be edited to reflect any updates.
