Natur’elle Retreat is a 5‑day women‑only embodiment retreat held in the heart of nature in South‑West France. 

Co‑facilitated by Nadège Tissot and Fabienne Ribardière, this intimate retreat invites women to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and return to their natural rhythm — beyond performance, pressure, or expectations.
Designed for women seeking grounding, presence, and authentic connection, Natur’elle offers a nurturing space to explore the many facets of the feminine through the body, the senses, movement, ritual, and rest.

Fabienne Ribardière is a seasoned sophrologist and psychoanalyst. She is the co-founder of Les Hiboux du Quercy, with her husband Pierre, who will cook the retreat’s delicious French meals.

5 days / 4 nights, from Monday 1st June (from 4:00 pm) to Friday 5th June (after lunch around 2:00 pm).

🏵 Location — South‑West France
The retreat takes place at Les Hiboux du Quercy, a peaceful retreat centre nestled in the countryside of the Lot region, near Montcuq. Surrounded by fields, forests, and open skies, the venue offers a calm and supportive environment, far from noise and distractions.

🏵 Group Size
Maximum 8 participants — ensuring a small, intimate, and supportive container for connection and presence.

🏵 Price
€777 all-inclusive
Payment plan available: 3monthly payments without fees: €260 / €260 / €257. The balance must be paid one month before the start of the retreat.
