It’s here that we will set our intentions for this new chapter, together as a collective.How To Prepare For The Event:? Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals beforehand? Wear loose, comfy clothing? A water bottle and journal for post-session reflections? Feel free to bring an altar item; crystal, photo or any item to help cocreate the altar space. This can come home with you again or left and given back to nature in the closing of this circle.? Mugs are provided, (for cacao ceremonies) however, if you have a favourite cup/mug you wish to drink the cacao from then please bring it.? All equipment is provided (mats, bolsters, blankets), however, if you have anything you wish to bring to keep your comfortable, please do.?
