Welcome to Gaza – Live at Totnes Fringe Festival 2025

We are so excited to announce that Welcome to Gaza is coming to Totnes Fringe Festival 2025!

This unique performance features a cast including some of the original Palestinian child playwrights, performing a fully staged production of their own words, under the direction of award-winning playwright Peter Oswald.

✨ Dancing, genies, animals, mother-in-laws, and ghosts.
📞 Messages – phone calls, Zoom calls, voice notes – reporting a nightmare of bombed hospitals and schools, children lying like rubble in collapsing streets.

📝 Written before October 7th, 2023, by children in Gaza and the West Bank, these 19 short plays are stitched into one powerful 90-minute performance — a poetic, urgent testimony to imagination, resilience, and loss.
