Rooted in the principles of Chinese medicine, moxa offers a way of tending to ourselves that is both practical and deeply nourishing.

This day will include: . 

- Learn how to make “moxa” by hand, using mugwort growing in the Blossom Tree Medicine Garden, 

- Explore simple moxa self-care treatment techniques and discover how moxa can support your health and daily routine

- Learn about the work of MOXAFRICA, a small international charity that researches and promotes the use of moxibustion in countries where healthcare resources are limited.
