Our online retreats are firmly grounded in the principles of mindfulness, meditation, community and nature connection that we’ve been fostering for more than 40 years.

This 1-day Retreat at Home can help support and nourish you as you face new challenges and uncertainties. This mindfulness retreat offers support from experienced meditators. You'll be held in supportive community, connecting with each other and sharing experiences.

There will be a maximum of 15 people on this retreat with opportunities for smaller group sharing. 

The retreat will take place online using the platform Zoom (see further information below to ensure you have the minimum tech requirements). We'll send out guidance for using Zoom when you book and a guide to getting the best out of your Retreat at Home.
