In this way, forgiveness is the most beautiful place to start - wether it is forgiveness of ourselves, or people in our lives, or forgiveness for the state of the world which can feel so much beyond our control - forgiveness is the first thread of healing.In this months circle we will introduce you to a powerful process called The Symphony of the Cells - this is an anointing practise where we will guide you in layering essential oils on the body to release the layers of stored emotion that may be holding you back from forgiveness. The process uses 11 different essential oils, including many floral oils which open our hearts and connect us to the element of water.You will then rest into a beautiful reiki drum healing journey to support you in releasing what has been forgiven. https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events1/banners/021d7ec0-0a68-11f1-a70f-b15bde9c1f1d-rimg-w644-h740-dcab9374-gmir.jpg Following our shared process there will be plenty of space for a soft and gentle landing, journalling and reflection before you are nourished with a wholesome vegetarian meal.Our circle will finish at 1pm, but for those who wish to there will be the option to join us on a short walk to the Leech Wells (a sacred spring roughly 5 minutes walk from The Forge) to offer that which you have forgiven to the holy waters there for transformation. You will be invited to apply to your lower back and the soles of your feet. To fully participate please wear clothing which you are able to access your lower back easily and which you do not mind getting a little oily.If you wish to join us but do not want to apply the oils to your skin you can also join through an inhalation practice, this will be explained on the day.Please bring a water bottle - you can refill there as all their water is filtered. You may also like to bring a sheepskin or anything you need to be comfortable sitting for the morning- there are some bolsters and cushions available if needed. Wear loose comfortable clothing.-We will gather at The Forge Yoga Hall. If you havent visited before, The Forge is at the very top of Collins Road, just off The Narrows. There are 2 entrances, one is for the Float Rooms, ours is the entrance for the yoga hall and as you walk down from the narrows the entrace to the Yoga Hall is on the road, not down the passageway. Lastly, we ask that you allow ample time for parking and finding us - Friday is Market Day in Totnes and parking can be tricky, especially if its a dry/bright day. The nearest long stay carparks are Old Market and The Nursery. You can also find cheap all day parking at Morrisons (make sure you pay via the app though as the free parking is limited to 2 hours and then you could be fined).
