Women's Circle: Releasing Your Inner Critic

For women who need to exhale!

For women who want to let go of all the noise!

For women who are ready to come home to themselves!

Together we will:

• Learn how to become curious about and befriend your inner critic
• Discover what it’s really trying to tell you (often it wants to protect you)
• Explore the internal and external influences that have created your inner critic
• Learn how to release your judgements and recreate a gentle inner life
• Discover what embodiment is (emotional regulation through your nervous system)
• Learn how to create your own embodiment practice

Yoga & Embodied Movement Class

• The workshop will finished with a Yoga class run by Natalia La Spina, a yoga teacher and family counsellor.

This workshop will be facilitated by Kate Rizzo; Founder of Grow Club, a mental health and emotional intelligence service. Kate is a Mother, social worker, poet, community facilitator and a surf-coast local.
