This April, pack your curiosity and step into a world of imagination at the HBNC Giant Easter Eggs-pedition, a free, family-friendly adventure winding its way through the beautiful Hervey Bay Botanic Gardens.
From 3–19 April 2026, families are invited to explore 12 giant Easter Eggs, each uniquely designed by talented local artists. Scattered throughout the gardens, every egg has been transformed into a magical destination inspired by wondrous places around the world. Along the way, you’ll discover playful prompts designed to spark creativity, conversation, and connection between children and their grown-ups.
🗺️ How it works
Start your journey at the Orchid House, where you can collect a Giant Easter Eggs-pedition passport (or download one via the HBNC website). Follow the clues, find each egg, and answer the fun questions hidden along the trail. Once complete, simply snap a photo of your finished passport and upload it using the QR code to celebrate your achievement.
