TaiChi celebrate Christmas Eve

A series of Gentle Physical Exercises and stretches with each posture naturally flowing into the next, ensuring the your body is in constant motion. It provides serenity through gentle movements connecting coordination, strength and Flexibility.

4 Tai chi Quan
5 Tai Chi sword 🗡️
6 TaiChi Fan
7 Chinese tea provided and dumplings. Please bring your own food and drink to share.

£10 for TaiChi members, £12 Non members also to include refreshments. Offer of £5 special offer to use the the Imperial Hotel Leisure Club facilities ( on Christmas Eve the leisure Club closes at 7pm. If you wish to use the leisure club, you will need to do so before TaiChi.
