Sit & Stretch with Pooch Therapy 🐕

A gentle chair yoga class designed to help you move with ease, breathe more deeply, and melt away the week’s tension — all in the joyful company of Ruby Doo, our in-class fur-angel.

Guided with kindness and care, each session blends soft, mindful movement, breath awareness, and moments of quiet stillness. Perfect if you’re recovering from injury, living with health or mobility challenges, or simply seeking a gentle, heartwarming practice.

No experience needed. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
