Rise and Shine is a gentle healing retreat for women — a day to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. It’s an opportunity to rest, reset, and refill your cup, so you can move forward with greater clarity, balance, and inner strength.

Guided by the practices of Brahma Kumaris, this retreat offers practical, non-religious tools for wellbeing, self-awareness, and emotional balance. The approach is grounded in Raja Yoga meditation and values-based living, supporting participants to cultivate calm, resilience, and inner peace in everyday life.

What you’ll experience
