Physical, Energetic/ Emotional, Mental/ Intellectual, Existential, and Spiritual platforms simultaneously-fundamental to the Patanjala Yoga process. 
Classes:
• Asana Sadhana
Personal practice and/or lead practices focus on internal physical alignment and energetic alignment.
Practice includes:
• Vaisnava Sastra and Tantra.
Study of Vedic scriptures and theory. Also a review session for general questions about tradition and sadhana.
• Antara Sadhana
Internal practice (pranayama and dharana/ dhyana)
