Join us for a relaxed and intentional morning, connecting with your body, the ocean, and a like-minded community of women.

We’ll begin with a slow start — meeting at the beach and settling into the space together. Klaudia will guide us through a peaceful cacao circle and meditation, using ceremonial-grade cacao from Peru to help open the heart and support presence. With the sounds of the ocean around us, this space is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with yourself and others.

We’ll then move into a surf mobility session with Elise — a gentle, surf-focused flow to warm the guests up for their surf, while introducing movement skills to enhance body brain connection.

Afterwards, we’ll paddle out for a fun, social surf — no pressure, just time in the water with supportive women who love the sea as much as you do. We’ll finish up with a light snack and time to connect before heading off.

This event is for women with surf experience who approach their practice holistically — bringing together mindfulness, movement, and community.
