Through guided practices, you’ll be supported to soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence.This session will explore the theme of courage, not as something forceful, but as a quiet inner strength that supports you in moving forward, being yourself, and showing up in your life.The Kundalini Yoga practice includes movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation and chanting, helping to release tension and create space within the body and mind.After the practice, we will move into a Women’s Circle, where you’ll be invited to connect, reflect, and share (if you feel to) in a safe and supportive environment.The session is guided by Yin, a local facilitator based in Geelong, qualified Kundalini Yoga teacher and counsellor.
