In this half-day workshop, Buddhist nun 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗶 will share practical teachings and guided meditations that help you step out of unhelpful thinking patterns and discover a calmer, more spacious mind.
