- **Event Description**: Take some time out for yourself and join us for a deeply restorative wellness experience that combines the calming effects of supported floating with the therapeutic vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

As you gently float on the water, your body is able to completely relax, release deep-seated tension, and enter a meditative state. At the same time, the soothing frequencies of a live sound bath help quiet a busy mind and promote a beautiful sense of inner balance.

Together, these gentle practices can:

Reduce stress & anxiety
Support nervous system regulation
Improve sleep quality
Enhance mindfulness & wellbeing
You will leave the session feeling thoroughly refreshed, grounded, and rejuvenated.

What’s Included:
Comfortable float mattress
Eye mask, pillow, and blanket for ultimate comfort
Sound bath led by our experienced Facilitator, Alicia Wade
Warm, soothing herbal teas
Dedicated time afterward to connect, chat, and unwind with fellow participants

If you cannot make this session, we are running a session every Friday for the month of July.
