Learn how to make four simple cheeses using pure, untainted dairy products. You will make, taste and take home – Labneh, Ricotta, Halloumi & Feta. These cheeses are creamy & rich & you won’t believe how good they taste when you make them yourself. Once you know how, you will never buy packaged again! Enjoy a Ploughman’s Platter light lunch including locally sourced breads, ferments, preserves and cheeses.
