Chun-Yee has a natural ability to create a space where you'll feel safe to relax, rest and restore. No experience is needed for this class.
??‍♀ Restorative Yin Yoga is the 'Ultimate Yin Yoga' as you're 'completely at ease' and there is 'no effort' at all.

??‍♀ 'Nidra' means sleep and Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation into a deep state of relaxation between sleep and wakefulness.

? Using props to support ourselves to be as comfortable as possible, we will hold the poses with ease, finding stillness and allowing ourselves to drop inwards.

We will connect with our deepest inner selves, our inner peace.
We will connect with the breath to find space between ‘Us’ and the thoughts.
Being aware of our present mind and body in a deeply relaxing and restorative way.

In a world of excess Yang 'doing' energy, we need to balance ourselves with Yin 'being' energy.

? Please arrive 10-15mins early to allow time to settle in.

? To make your experience the most comfortable, feel free to bring your own:
Yoga mat, Comfy blanket, Cosy socks, Warm layers, Your favourite pillow/cushion
